1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RunStaffRun platform (runstaffrun.com) or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). RunStaffRun is a product of Season One Healthcare. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

RunStaffRun provides healthcare recruiters and staffing firms with subscription access to a verified database of Physician Assistant (PA) professional contact information. The platform allows subscribers to search, filter, and export PA contact records for the purpose of professional recruiting and staffing outreach.

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of any specific contact record.

3. Eligibility

The RunStaffRun platform is intended for use by healthcare recruiters, staffing firms, healthcare facilities, and other organizations engaged in professional recruitment of Physician Assistants. By creating an account, you represent that you are using the platform for lawful professional recruiting purposes and that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others outside the seat allowance of your plan. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Fees and Billing

RunStaffRun subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Prices are as listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. Annual plans may be cancelled and you will retain access until the end of your billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds on annual plans.

Verification credits are purchased separately, are non-refundable, and never expire.

6. Data Use and Subscriber Obligations

Access to the RunStaffRun database is licensed to you for internal professional recruiting use only. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• You will use contact data exclusively for lawful professional recruiting and staffing outreach directed at Physician Assistants.
• You will not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or make available any contact data obtained from RunStaffRun to any third party.
• You will conduct all outreach in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, including providing accurate sender information, a valid physical address, and a clear opt-out mechanism in all commercial emails.
• You will honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests from PA contacts promptly.
• You will not use contact data for any purpose other than professional recruiting, including marketing unrelated products or services.
• You acknowledge that contact data may not be 100% accurate and you will verify information as needed before use.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or extract data beyond your plan's export limits using automated tools
• Share account credentials beyond your licensed seat count
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate the database
• Use contact data to harass, spam, or harm any individual
• Circumvent any technical restrictions of the platform

8. Intellectual Property

The RunStaffRun platform, including its design, software, and database structure, is the property of Season One Healthcare. The PA contact data made available through the platform is licensed to subscribers for the uses described in these Terms and may not be redistributed. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RunStaffRun and Season One Healthcare and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Inaccuracies in contact data
• Failed outreach or recruiting campaigns
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform
• Any claims by PA contacts related to your outreach

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to RunStaffRun in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that contact data is complete, current, or error-free. Verification status reflects the result of a third-party check at the time of verification and may not reflect current deliverability.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform and export data ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington State.
