RunStaffRun is a B2B SaaS product operated by Season One Healthcare. This Privacy Policy governs the RunStaffRun platform and website (runstaffrun.com). RunStaffRun provides healthcare recruiters and staffing firms with access to a verified database of Physician Assistant professional contact information. We are not a healthcare provider and do not collect or process protected health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA.

If you are a Physician Assistant whose professional contact information appears in the RunStaffRun database and you wish to have it removed, please submit a Data Removal Request. We process all removal requests within 5 business days.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you cancel your account and request deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
PA professional contact data is reviewed on an ongoing basis. Any PA may request removal at any time via our Data Removal Request page.
